The Advisory team provides comprehensive financial advice to clients on strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing strategies through the debt and equity capital markets. The team has expertise in various industries including financial institutions, general industries, technology and real estate. J.P. Morgan's strength in the M&A market can be seen through our role in many landmark transactions in Korea.
